National Business Manager

Are you ready to join The Great Australian Food Company? Bega Group is on the hunt for a passionate and driven National Business Manager to join our vibrant retail sales team. In this role, you'll take the reins of iconic brands like, VEGEMITE, Bega Peanut Butter, Zooper Dooper, and our booming processed cheese business with Woolworths Supermarkets.

Reporting to our Senior National Business Manager, you'll craft and execute customer growth plans that foster strong, lasting and trusted partnerships. You will have history of driving mutually profitable and sustainable outcomes.

Work cross-functionally to achieve win-win results, leveraging insights, trends, and market data to seize retailer and consumer opportunities.

Responsibilities- Full P&L responsibility for $100m+ RSV portfolio for WW- Oversee all critical components including range reviews, promotional programs, customer planning and updates- Enhance category and account plans with compelling vision for category growth- Influence and execute joint business planning across all categories with Woolworths

About you- Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management and solutions focused- Analytical and critically evaluates data to form meaningful recommendations and plans- Strong communication, presentation and influencing- Effective assessment on the value of trade-spend and business strategies- Disciplined planning and prioritisation - efficiently managing own time and resources
