This vital role has become available in the ICT-Digital Workplace team, supporting our team of Information Management (IM) professionals by providing IM and enterprise systems support to our customers. You will support the delivery of high-quality customer focused services and IM practices across DCS.
Joining a of a team of professionals who are committed to innovative and compliant management of paper and digital records, and you will be responsible for document and records management and providing a digital mail service.
You are** **motivated, proactive and take pride in your excellent customer service skills. You work collaboratively in a team, have good technology skills (including Content Manager) and are results-focused with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You are confident with the whole suite of Microsoft 365 programs, and pride yourself on your ability to pick up new programs quickly
**A little bit about you**:
To be successful in this role you will have (most, if not all) the following:
- Experience using an electronic records and document management system and scanning software
- Experience as a records officer
- Ability to multi-task between competing priorities and meet strict time frames
- High level of attention to detail and demonstrated commitment to customer service
- Self-motivation, detailed focus, and ability to work independently and as part of a team?
- Passion for customer service with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills?
- Experience in customer service and/ or service desk roles is highly regarded
- Be able to work at 4PSQ (Parramatta) as required (roughly 2 days per week, with additional days initially to help with training)
**What will your day involve?**
- Provide record-keeping services in accordance with operational standards and procedures to ensure responsive and timely customer service
- Assist the help desk to provide systems support regarding standard records and information management advice to customers to support optimal service delivery
- Complete routine records life-cycle management activities in accordance with approved procedures
- Ensure routine records security and data quality checks are actioned in accordance with legislative and organisational requirements
- Contribute to the development of customer support materials and the provision of customer training to the expected standard
- Provide advice on procedures and processes to customers and internal stakeholders who log support requests to ensure process is understood
