Due to a recent promotion, we have an attractive opportunity for a Site Supervisor to join our team at the Sydney Water North Head Water Treatment Site. You will work at one of Sydney Water's largest sites, that services over 1 million people, and is on the beautiful Northern Beaches of Sydney. We are looking for someone who is technically skilled with either a Mechanical or Electrical background, so you can lead and make decisions alongside our Fitters and Electricians.

This role will see you regularly engaging with Sydney Water so will call on your outstanding stakeholder management skills. Key to this role is developing a high trust relationship with our partner. Strong communication, time management and organisational skills are important in the effective, efficient and successfull delivery of maintenance to the critical Sydney Water Assets.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
**Key Stakeholder management**: Sydney Water, Plant Managers, Operators, Process Controllers, OMC's, Reliability Engineers, Project Engineers, Project Managers.

**Daily Workforce management**: This is predominantly Electrical and Mechanical staff assigned to work in your team. Will also include from time-to-time Facilities maintenance (plumbers, handyman, groundsmen and subcontractors.)

**Work order/Backlog management**: This requires a thorough understanding and organisational skills to ensure work is delivered in a safe, efficient manner and of a high quality to the expectations of key stakeholders.

**Time management**: Being able to manage your time in the field supervising along with your admin responsibilities.

**People management**: This element may involve performance management, work ethics, team morale, discipline, and personality clashes.

**Budget management**: Tracking your budget monthly.
