- Answer/transfer phone call, take message
- Receive visitors/clients in a professional manner;
- Mail and courier management;
- Stationery / office supply orders;
- Office, meeting room and pantry cleanliness and tidiness;
- Assist and coordinate staff events and functions;
- Organise documents scanning and filing;
- Other administrative support as required;
- Ad hoc duties
**About you**
- A positive and friendly personality;
- Have an eye for detail and the ability to muti-task;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Be computer literate and willing to take directions;
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin Chinese
