**Your new company**
This company is deals with Structural, Civil, Diagnostics and Building Dispute Resolutions within the Engineering and Construction industry. They have offices in Dubai, London and Sydney and are looking for a Receptionist/Office All-Rounder to join the team assist in building relationships.
**Your new role**
Within this role you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Reception desk, Answering phone calls, Filing, Meeting and Greeting clients.
Additional Duties Include:
- Maintaining Job Registers
- Minutes of Meetings
- Assisting with day to day running of Office
- Small amount of PA duties to the Office Manager
- Admin Assistance to the rest of the Office
**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed in this role you will need to be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, have a "can do" attitude and the ability to pick up tasks and systems easily. Have strong organisational Skills, High attention to detail and the ability to Multi-Task.
**What you'll get in return**
The salary package for this role is $55k - $60k + Super (Depending on experience) Ideally this role will be wanting a start date immediately and will be doing 1 round of interviews.
