**About you**:
Are you a corporate, hospitality or retail professional looking to take your career to the next level?

You will be comfortable on the front-line answering calls and engaging with clients as well as stepping into the leadership parts of the position.

**The Position**:
Working from our dynamic reception area you are the first point of contact for team, members and their guests and provide a range of support services including:

- Meet & greet of clients and guests
- Telephone answering services
- Mail and courier handling
- System data input and updates
- Administration support
- IT support (basic)
- Facility Management support
- Café lounge service
- Meeting room services
- Keeping all areas and facilities neat & tidy at all times

You will be managing a small front line reception team at an allocated location, who collectively help us operate our business in Sydney to the highest standard.

A professional, friendly, and detail-oriented person who is personable and well presented, with a keen interest to continue to learn and grow.

- Flexible workspace experience is highly desirable, but not essential
- Corporate / hospitality experience

- Excellent communication skills - written & verbal

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
