In this full time, fixed-term (parental leave cover) role, based in Richmond, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to a philanthropically funded comprehensive centre dedicated to making a difference in the lives of patients living with pancreatic cancer. You will be part of the Jreissati Pancreatic Centre at Epworth team and report to the Deputy Director-JPCE. This role will see you joining a highly passionate and dedicated team driven to provide the best possible care to our patients.

**You will make an impact by**:

- Contributing to excellent customer service, patient care and data management
- Assisting with the booking, rescheduling and confirmation of appointments
- Maintaining centre records, including preparing and scanning documentation to ensure records are complete.

**To be successful in this role**
You will be a committed team player with strong attention to detail and exceptional organisation skills. You are a good communicator, with an empathetic and supportive approach and easily develop meaningful relationships with patients, colleagues and key stakeholders.

You will have:

- Accurate data entry skills with a high degree of attention to detail
- Exceptional organisation skills with the ability to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Previous experience in providing administrative support within a healthcare or similar setting
- Suitable communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively as part of a team and to liaise confidently and courteously with people at all levels
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
