**The Opportunity**
We are searching on behalf of one of our most successful brands for a Regional Manager NSW to work in the Landscaping Industry. This is an extremely flexible role and you must love being outdoors.

You will be responsible for effective management and profitable operation of the business.
- Effective staff management
- Implementing a consistent business development program to maximise sales growth
- Client /Account Management in NSW
- Quotes / Forecasting
- Responsible for training staff
- Invoice and payroll approval (not processing)
- Management of safety and quality
- Assist operations staff to ensure clients expectations are met in terms of service delivery, quality, responsiveness, price and customer service

**What you will need**
- Develop and maintain strategic business relationships
- Strong market knowledge and developed network
- Superior interpersonal skills - both written and verbal
- Significant management experience
- The ability to delegate and empower effectively both upward and downward within the structure
- Have a love for being outdoors
