**How will I help?**

This role is to support the GM and Head of Data Strategy, Cortex and Advanced Analytics to define, update and communicate the Westpac Data Strategy and drive the related Data Transformation agenda to enable the strategy execution. Strategy definition, communication and transformation coordination and enablement is delivered as a holistic service ensuring the Westpac strategy is clearly communicated and the critical transformations required as part of the strategy are enabled.

**Key accountabilities include**:

- Accountable for the people leadership of staff, partners and contractors in the Data Strategy & Transformation team.
- Accountable for the collateral, assets and documentation that describes the Westpac Data Strategy and ensuring these are high quality, up-to-date and readily available through the required channels
- Accountable for the service quality, OLAs and value enablement of the Data Strategy & Transformation Service.
- Accountable for supporting the GM and Head of DSCAA in presenting and championing the Westpac Data Strategy and the Data Transformation agenda and plan within Westpac.
- Accountable for managing the Data Strategy & Transformation service within budget.
- Accountable for ensuring that stakeholders across Westpac understand the transformation agenda and activities where applicable and are enabled to support the embedment activities.

- Data, analytics & AI domain experience
- SAFe 6.0
- Senior / Executive stakeholder management
- Delivery leadership (business case, planning, execution and embedment)
