Our client is a contemporary Australian fashion label that is experiencing exciting growth This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned Art Director/Designer to step into a broad role with significant creative autonomy.

As a key member of the marketing team, you will primarily focus on graphics, including quarterly in-house look books, web design, EDMs, and visual merchandising documents. Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating and directing photo shoots, from conceptualisation to execution, including mood board creation and photographer direction.

Please note: this company's head office is based in Geelong. If you are based in Melbourne and are happy to work on a hybrid model, this can be discussed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design process for various projects, including look books, web assets, EDMs, and visual merchandising documents.
- Coordinate and direct photo shoots, including developing mood boards and providing on-site art direction.
- Create engaging social media content in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Contribute to brand concept development and maintain brand consistency across all channels.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to deliver high-quality creative assets on time and within budget.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a graphic designer/art director, preferably in the retail industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Capture One.
- Strong conceptual and creative skills, with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a smaller team environment.
- A passion for fashion and an understanding of current design trends.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
