**The Organisation**:
A National organisation that is the peak body for Social Workers in Australia with approximately 16,000 members. Operating from a national office in Melbourne and a network of 9 branches delivering education, programs and services, advocacy, networking, and connection for the benefit of members and the social work profession.

**Role**:
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Project Manager is responsible for the implementation and transition to a new CRM system, member portal and website which will be used by their members and employees. To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have proven experience in systems implementation including CRM systems and websites and be willing to take on and deliver some of the detail.

**Responsibilities**:

- Consulting with an established cross-representative internal working group and facilitating outcomes on all CRM and website project-related matters
- Managing third-party vendors and ensuring they deliver against business and technical specifications in RFP responses as well as agreed budget, time, and scope constraints.
- Identifying and streamlining critical path activities for efficient project delivery
- Effective change and release management for the introduction of new functionality

**About you**:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills and collaborative approach, ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Able to demonstrate project principles, tools and methods (e.g. PMP, Prince2 and Agile)
- Broad IT experience and ability to influence technical stakeholders and third-party vendors
