What You Will Get to Do:
Key responsibilities of this role include:

- Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of the AU Private Cloud project ensuring alignment with business objectives, and existing project frameworks.
- Engage and align project stakeholders across multiple workstreams to manage discovery, define scope and schedule priority delivery items.
- Collaborate with the project Change Lead to support consistent change and assist with communication across all workstreams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and global stakeholders, foster open communication and manage expectations regarding project delivery.
- Deliver system migrations from inception through to production Go-Live and Operational readiness.
- Monitor testing strategies, migration acceptance criteria and quality of deliverables through the project lifecycle.
- Review and incorporate lessons learnt from previous projects to refine planning and execution.
- Prepare and present workstream status reports, performance metrics, and executive summaries to the leadership team and associated project stakeholders.
- Conduct Post-Implementation Reviews (PIR) to evaluate project success.

What You Will Bring:

- Proven experience (10+ years) as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager in digital transformation with exposure to on premise and various cloud infrastructure and hosting environments as well as DevOps pipeline, within complex technology and multi-client environments.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering on time and within scope.
- Experience managing cloud migration, modernisation or optimisation programs.
- Proficient in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello, Confluence or equivalent.
- Experience in managing cross functional teams and fostering a culture of collaboration.
- Stong leadership and stakeholder management influencing at senior levels.
