The role of the Technical Delivery Coordinator is to maintain intimate knowledge of the clients’ environments and guide both our technical teams and our clients to deliver successful Business outcomes.

We’re looking for passion, ambition, and a depth and breadth of core knowledge as well as the adaptability to cross-train in other areas as market demands.

What you’ll do

The Technical Delivery Coordinator is responsible for ensuring adherence to process and procedures by the team, coordinating their technical workloads to ensure that key client deliverables are met and are in accordance with agreed client SLAs.

You will also be responsible for dealing with, or escalating where necessary any standard and complex service request related issues that may arise in order to ensure successful client outcomes.

**Some of the core responsibilities include**:

- Preparation and presentation of reports
- Act as the conduit between projects team and BAU to successfully deliver projects into operation readiness
- Establish, Develop, and Maintain client relationships
- Deploy and deliver all consulting and delivery engagements in line with accepted best practices, automation, Datacom and Client delivery standards;
- Responsible for ensuring the overall maintenance of client’ IT environments
- Performing triage function(s) to determine if a request is standard vs complex
- Coordinate major change / major incident activity in conjunction with change and major incident management team
- Provide support to the Service Delivery Managers and Senior Service Delivery managers

What you’ll bring
- Strong knowledge of technologies (e.g. Cloud, AWS, Azure, Google etc);
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems
- Ability to facilitate technical discussions and coordinate troubleshooting efforts
- Ability to influence and lead technical conversations internally and with the client
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both a technical and non-technical format
- Ability to develop and document procedures for technical support processes
- At least 2 years’ experience in a technical role
- Ideally you will have experience working in a Managed Services environment and using ServiceNow
