**What Does Success Look Like in this Role?**

Reporting to the General Manager - Technology, you will provide program leadership to National Storage with a focus on innovative projects ranging from cyber-security to automation. You will manage project resources in a way that will drive successful project delivery, including the modification of project methodology.

**What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day**
- Manage assigned program of projects for National Storage reporting to the relevant Program Sponsors.
- Ensure projects and downstream BAU support arrangements are set up for commercial and delivery success.
- Drive effective delivery and commercial governance, performance, risk management and quality assurance for project delivery.
- Implement strategies to shape the project delivery culture and drive increased capability across the business.
- Work with relevant business and project leaders to ensure the right frameworks and methodologies are applied to support project delivery.
- Advise business stakeholders on delivery related issues, including members of the National Storage Executive Team.
- Lead the kickoff and induct team members into the project.
- Manage 3rd parties, suppliers and sub-contractors.
- Raise and manage project change requests and variations in liaison with relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare status reports.

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- 5+ years of project management experience.
- Understanding of business and industry, operating models and approach to market.
- Superior client management and delivery management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including senior management and external consultants.
