**What your day will involve**

You will oversee the Pastoral Care and Residential Life Program for our residents at our UniLodge Melbourne City. Other duties include:

- Provide leadership and support in the management and development of the Residential Life Program with the Residences that align with the Student Experience Framework.
- Manage a diverse and holistic calendar of events for residents while balancing core areas of support and resident interests
- Be an active member of the emergency response team during shift times and after-hours

**What we need from you**

We are after someone that has previous experience in a community role supporting students, or similar exposure to health and well-being of young people as well as an interest in supporting a robust events and activities program.

You will be a fun, sociable and passionate team player who loves to interact with people from diverse backgrounds. You will have experience in event management and the ability to research and develop evidence-based programs and policies. Some of your essential skills include strong written and verbal communication skills, good computer skills, solid planning and organisational skills and a “we care” attitude.

Our mandatory requirements include:

- National Police Check (completed within last 3 months)
- Working with Children’s Check
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia and New Zealand
