Join this national Property Development and Construction Group that have completed 7,000 homes in some of Australia's best residential communities. This business have solidified their reputation as one of the nation's leading players in the medium density market. They specialise in apartments, townhomes as well as traditional detached homes. Based on the CBD outskirts of Melbourne, there is a new opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to report into a National Marketing Manager who reports directly into the Managing Director.

**The Position**:
You will drive the implementation of Marketing Strategies and promoting the brand. You will collaborate and support the Marketing Manager, and work with the part-time Marketing Assistant. Your role will include the coordination of projects, designing and leading marketing campaigns (eDMs etc.), managing the Social Media such as Linked In and driving growth, monitoring metrics, proving insights and optimising campaigns, looking at ways to optimise the user experience and boost traffic. You will create visually appealing marketing material that align with the brand, and coordinate with various teams such as design, sales, and product development to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing efforts.

**What You'll Need**
- 2 + years’ experience in a Marketing role required within Construction, Property Development, Real Estate, Marketing Agencies (with industry-clients) or similar
- Agency background preferred to handle the fast paced environment and balancing many projects at different stages
- Tertiary qualification in a Marketing related discipline a bonus
- Hands on approach, highly organised and able to multi-task and manage multiple projects and conflicting tasks
- Experience with InDesign & Photoshop as well as Salesforce is preferred
- Ability to design eDMs, write compelling copy and manage their distribution
- Highly proactive, able to anticipate problems and manage risk, happy to jump in and help where needed
