**Victoria Grange Aged Care**at Vermont South, is now hiring new Care Companions to join our great team and culture at the site, who will share our purpose and vision of providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

**Your New Role**

As a member of the Victoria Grange Aged Care team, you will get to join a team who are united in providing exceptional care to our residents and support to their families.

We are seeking Care Companions (PCA's) for **Permanent Morning, Afternoons and Night Duty**

**What Your New Role Looks Like**:

- Providing a range of support and personal care services to our residents
- Ensuring detailed documentation is updated
- Building and maintaining strong relationships within our team, with our customers and family members
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe
- Providing meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive

**About You**

Above all, you will align to our **Values of Bold, Warm and Honest**. You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent care for your residents.

**Does this sound like you?**
- Good verbal and written English skills
- Flexibility and availability to work Morning (AM) or Afternoon (PM) shifts across seven-day roster (set days are available)
- You hold Relevant qualifications such as a Certificate III in Individual Support, Certificate III in Disability etc
- A current Australian Driver’s License and ownership of a reliable vehicle
- All Australian Unity employees must be fully vaccinated for COVID 19, including the Booster and must have received a 2024 flu vaccination
