**VIP SUPPORT** is an NDIS provider dedicated to delivering high-quality care in people’s homes and local communities.

We are currently seeking **experienced Support Workers with dementia care experience** for clients located in **Vermont**.

**About the Role**
- Immediate start available
- Ongoing, regular shifts
- Flexible hours - a variety of shifts are available, typically ranging between 4 and 7 hours per engagement
- Competitive hourly rates

**What We Are Looking For**
We are looking for caring and dependable individuals who can make a positive impact in the lives of our clients. To be successful, you must have:

- **Experience supporting people living with dementia (essential)**:

- If you have aged care dementia experience, this is highly valued
- Valid rights to work in Australia
- A current driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Current Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

**Desirable Qualifications**
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Aged Care, or similar

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Dementia: 1 year (required)

- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
