Nortwest is looking for dynamic professionals looking to be a part of a growing organisation.

We are looking to onboard
- Trainer & Assessor for teaching the Diploma of Project Management to our students from diverse nationalities.

**About You**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Reviewing and updating training products
- Planning, developing and delivering the course of study to students
- Planning, delivering and marking assignments, papers and examinations
- Providing academic and course-related advice to students
- Maintaining records of student’s progress and attendance
- Analysing current training methods and identifying areas for improvement
- Advising management on the progress of staff-in-training and the overall performance and quality of the training system
- Setting training objectives and assessing progress

**Essential Requirements**
- Certificate IV in Project Management or higher
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or higher
- Current Industry experience (3-5 years)
- Working knowledge of ASQA standards
- Experience in training and assessing Project Management qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
