**Royal Formwork Solutions** is one of Australia’s leading Formwork and Scaffolding suppliers. Established over 50 years ago and due to growth, we are looking for an ambitious, driven all-rounder and technical person, someone willing to grow with the company, to join our team.

As part of your exciting new role, you will vary day to day tasks and provide the Sales and Hire team and customers with technical data support on products, systems, drawings/sketches as well as customer service with internal sales and administration.

**Responsibilities**:

- Internal Sales & Hire
- Administration
- Drafting drawings/sketches
- Assist with sales & marketing
- Understand products and provide technical support
- Maintain technical library
- Assist with interpreting structural drawings
- Liaise with engineering and sales department
- Prepare quotations and communicate client requirements to Engineering Team
- Invoicing
- Answering phones and process orders

**Skills & Experience**:

- Multitasking
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and time management
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Interaction with warehouse personnel
- Good knowledge of Excel, Microsoft office and drawing packages, administration and written English communication
- General construction and technical knowledge of formwork preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Strathfield South, NSW 2136: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
