**What you’ll be doing**:
As the Product Owner of Next Gen Retailing “NGR” role you will be responsible for converting the NGR product roadmap into an actionable backlog of stories. You will then prioritise the backlog onto sprint drops through value/effort assessments and customer desirability and then drive predictable delivery with the team.

You will maximise the Air booking profitability in Distribution channels and will ensure that the NGR solution delivers both commercial and customer objectives. You will do this by Leading the delivery of new product features and capabilities to align with Virgin Australia’s NGR value proposition.

Leading the team's delivery, you will make sure they know what to focus on and have enough detail and runway to deliver. You will also identify, define and improve broken, fragmented or non-functional experiences in the NGR distribution channels

**Who we’re looking for**:
You will have expert knowledge in airline product development with a proven track record in delivering complex projects. You will be versed in working in an agile environment, leading agile projects and cross functional teams. You will have highly developed stakeholder management skills with ability to interact at all levels of a complex organisation as well as with external stakeholders. You will have a data driven approach sing analytics to identify opportunities to improve capabilities.
