About the Role

We're seeking a creative and technically skilled Graphic & Digital Designer to join our Marketing Department at our Darra Head Office.

Reporting to the General Manager – Design & Marketing, this role is responsible for designing, coordinating, and managing a wide range of visual and digital assets that support Dy-Mark's brand, campaigns, and product communications.

You'll work across both print and digital mediums, delivering impactful materials that include packaging, catalogues, advertisements, training content, and social media campaigns. This is a hands-on role that blends design, photography, video, and content strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce print and digital materials, including catalogues, packaging, trade ads, brochures, eDMs, and digital campaigns.
• Create and manage social media content (organic and paid) and maintain the marketing calendar.
• Coordinate product photography, videography, and digital asset preparation for print and online platforms.
• Maintain and update website content and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with marketing collateral for trade shows, events, and internal promotions.
• Work closely with suppliers and internal departments to ensure consistency and brand alignment.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

About You

You're a motivated designer who thrives on variety and creativity. You bring both technical ability and artistic vision, with strong attention to detail and confidence working autonomously or as part of a team.

To be successful, you'll have:

• 2–3 years' experience in a similar Graphic or Digital Design role.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design or Digital Design.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experience managing social media campaigns, content scheduling, and analytics.
• Proficiency in photography, image editing, and video production.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and email campaign tools.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills.

Desirable:

• Experience in trade, industrial, or manufacturing industries.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and digital ad management.
• Exposure to eDM scheduling platforms and influencer programs.
