Attribute Group are on the lookout for a Head of Product or Group Product Manager, you will be working for one of Australia's well known scale up businesses and be responsible for driving product roadmaps and strategies as well as growing a high performing product team.

**About you**

Ideally you will have a product driven mindset, enjoys being strategic and hands on as well as having an eye for change management and project delivery. You will be a true people leader, passionate about product and coaching/mentoring team members with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.

This role would suit someone that has come from large enterprise business with experience in marketplace, digital, retail, FMCG or eCommerce.

**Key responsibilities**
- Establish, drive and communicate a strategic product roadmap that delivers significant impact and is aligned with business strategy
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and leadership teams to create and align the product vision and strategy for new features and offerings based customer needs
- Not only will you have a product driven mindset, you will also be project delivery focused too, this will enable driving new and current products to successful completion
- Recruit, manage and develop a Product Managers to ensure they are performing and achieving personal goals
