As a Crew Roster Coordinator within Workforce Planning, your work will see you preparing and recommending resourcing solutions for the QantasLink and Network Aviation workforce. Balancing both long-term strategic initiatives with short-term operational requirements, your new role will be instrumental in providing optimised resource plans to fly the operational program while also delivering on the transformational initiatives aligned with the agreed business strategy.

What you’ll bring to the role:
- Exceptional analytical skills and proven decision-making capability- Strong communication skills both verbal and written-
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to think laterally- Advanced numeracy skills and highly developed organisational skills- Strong negotiation skills and experience with industrial issues- Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving the best outcome, irrespective of constraints- Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and ability to influence at all levels of the business- Demonstrated ability to use initiative in identifying opportunities and acting upon them by formulating and implementing effective strategies- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and to tight, routine deadlines-
- Detailed understanding of Jeppersen and iFlight preferred.
