As a Security Certification Specialist with our Defence engagement, you will undertake and manage ICT security tasking for the nominated projects(s) and BAU activities.

To succeed in this endeavour, you will:

- Support the ICT Security Lead to plan, develop, and manage ICT security activities within the TC capability
- Provide ICT security guidance to TC project team including third party service providers to inform system design activities and ensure ICT security is considered through all system lifecycle stages.
- Review and provide security assessment (including impact of security accreditation status) of Engineering Change Proposals related to TC sustained systems.
- Establish security accreditation status of extant systems under TC sustainment control and identify security remediation activities.
- Assist development of processes to monitor and maintain security accreditation status through the sustainment phase of TC managed systems.
- Liaise with ICTSB and other security organisations, to enable the certification activities to be performed in an efficient and effective manner

Our work is highly complex and confidential, so there are some things you must have to fulfil this role:

- Current NV2 security clearance
- Relevant qualifications or professional development within the ICT Security discipline.
- Previous experience in a similar Security Accreditation role, ideally within the defence environment.
- Strong communication skills, and you’ll also be an analytical thinker who loves solving complex problems.
