About the role:
MSS Security is looking for a Security Site Supervisor to work onsite at our prestigious client site. The purpose of the role is to ensure effective and efficient on-site management of all security and safety aspects of the Site in accordance with the MSS Security Standing Instructions and site operating procedures (SOPs).

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Security Site Supervisor, to work with a high performance team and coordinate security services on site.

Your key Activities include and not limited to:
- Providing day to day supervision of guard force on site.- Ensuring all new employees are fully inducted in accordance with company policy.- Preparing reports and making recommendations regarding the discipline and termination actions- Oversight of and responsible for quality control and contract compliance- Acting as a point of contact between client liaison and the MSS operations team- Knowledgeable in the use and maintenance of all security related equipment.

About you:
- Demonstrated experience in Supervisory roles in the Security space- Ability to stay calm and manage a team under pressure- Current ACT Security Licence- Excellent customer service skills with a patient and personable manner- Certificate II (or higher) in Security Operations- ACT drivers’ licence- Current First Aid certificate and CPR certificate- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and computer use- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills- Strong knowledge of security procedures
