- Your main tasks will include conducting routine inspections, ingoings, outgoings, liaising with property managers, tenants.
- The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, be well presented, and looking for a career within the real estate industry.
- You will be self-motivated, extremely organised and able to operate independently as well as work in a team.

Experience is preferred however not essential as in-house training will be provided, however a willingness to learn, attention to detail and a friendly positive attitude is

Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
