Due to immense growth, the business is seeking a highly skilled Team Assistant to support the Due Diligence team with their critical and at times, highly pressurised work.

This role is not for the faint hearted, it is deserving of someone with drive and ambition, someone who gives it their all every day. We are seeking passion and determination over 'numbers of years of experience' on a CV. An interest in property and learning about commercial investments is a must - trust us, you can't do this role without it

**Let's get down to business...**

In Commercial Real Estate, Due Diligence is not a term to be taken lightly, it's the make or break of a sale. It's a process that requires a lot of grit, fact checking and the intelligence to spot issues.

You'll be supporting three analyst experts who usually have 10+ properties (each) in the works at once, all of which come with extremely tight deadlines. With your laser focus and unrivalled work ethic you will be taking on the below responsibilities...
- Liaising with lawyers, Councils, property agents and other third parties to obtain documentation on properties
- Researching properties and gathering requested information, constantly checking for accuracy along the way
- Managing the team inbox and prioritising work appropriately
- Creating formal documents and reports to be sent to investors, maintaining a professional layout, containing the expert information they are renowned for
- Following up and pushing for important details or paperwork to support with the finalisation of the deal
- Juggling adhoc admin for the team
- Becoming the first point of contact internally for the Due Diligence team

Any tertiary studies within either property, business or finance will be extremely favourable.
