We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our expanding team. You will be joining a vibrant team of 10 doctors in our state-of-the-art medical premises. The Skin & Mole clinic is a busy highly professional medical practice specializing in Skin Cancer and Cosmetic Medicine. We are a fully computerized practice using Pracsoft, Medical Director, HIC online claiming and EFTPOS. **Essential** - Experienced Medical Receptionist - Reliable, punctual and highly dependable - Flexibility to cover sick leave and holiday relief - Ability to work from 7.30am to 6pm on any day. - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Well organized, adaptable with a "can do" attitude - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Excellent computer skills - Be able to explain our medical and cosmetic services to patients - MD and Pracsoft knowledge desirable. Key responsibilities include: - Managing patient bookings - Patient accounts and Medicare billings - Sterilisation of instruments - Cleaning and stocking of doctor’s rooms - Managing correspondence - Other general reception duties **Job Types**: Part-time, Casual Expected hours: No less than 8 per week Work Location: In person
