Hi there I’m Laura, the founder of Sorted Digital Marketing. We’re a rapidly growing agency specialising in **organic social media marketing**. Following some prosperous years, Sorted is now looking for a driven and proactive Social Media Account Manager to join our team and help us support more businesses.

**Your Role**:
You’ll be managing a handful of service-based accounts, spanning various industries including health, fitness, beauty, and trades. This is a long-term role where there are numerous opportunities for professional growth and demonstrating your creative prowess.
- Manage client social accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Craft engaging, organic content that genuinely resonates with audiences.
- Build and nurture online communities, treating each client’s brand as your own.
- Track performance and adjust strategies to ensure success.
- Collaborate closely with clients to create impactful, client-centred social strategies.

This can be full-time/ part-time/ contract position

**Location**: Melbourne City (shared office)

**Work arrangement**: Hybrid (Remote + In-office)

**Hours**: Scale with client count

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
