**Role Overview**

We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team.his segment holds the greatest growth potential. The Customer Service Officer will manage a portfolio of Client Accounts, nurturing them to foster growth through expansion. You will join a mature, high-performing customer success function on a journey of continuous improvement.

**Key Duties/Responsibilities**
- Enhance the identification of upsell opportunities within the account portfolio and promote the exploration of cross-functional possibilities for adoption growth.
- Contribute to the team's vision and values while enhancing customer inquiries and interactions.
- Provide customers and clients with accurate information regarding their portfolio, services and details.
- Assist with weekly key performance reporting and analysis to establish an efficient and cost-effective operations
- Ensure Client issues are documented and escalated to relevant parties for resolution.

**Qualifications & Experience**

- Demonstrated experience in customer-centric complaint handling, collaborating cross-functionally to achieve timely resolution of issues.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills, capable of directly interacting with customers.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ensuring adherence to all internal and external policies, principles, guidelines, and legislation.

**Salary**: $43,882.58 - $78,445.31 per year
