**What this opportunity involves**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sourcing Specialist to join us. This is your opportunity to work for an exciting account - a global technology conglomerate. You will be a part of a wonderful team which is spreads across the region.

The Sourcing Specialist will undertake a range of procurement tasks from managing the strategic sourcing of services, supporting the operational team with RFx processes, reviewing service practices to operational duties like setting up contractors and contracts, managing purchase orders issued and reporting of procurement activities.

**Snapshot of the role**:
Assist in developing and executing sourcing strategies of Facilities Management and related services to bundle and leverage spend volume
Assist in negotiation of pricing and terms with vendors
Setting up contractors and follow-up with clients and suppliers to ensure compliance document and systems are in place
Manage information of Purchase Orders issued
Review the service practices of all soft and hard services contractors to ensure delivery of quality work practices and alignment of policies
Assist in setting up the maintenance contracts
Assist in the support of the operations team in standardized RFQ/bid and contract processes
Reporting on procurement activities, i.e. progress, value and cost savings, etc.

Professional qualifications in Business / Commerce / Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
Proven working experience (2+ years) in procurement, purchasing, sourcing and negotiation, and knowledge of general procurement services and practices
Prior procurement experience in facilities management, soft / hard services or related categories is desirable, but not essential
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters
Solid communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with stakeholders
Self-motivated, energetic and is able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
