**About the Role**:

- Manage incidents from identification to resolution.
- Conduct end-user training and create user guides.
- Gather and document existing processes and requirements.
- Undertake prototyping and user acceptance testing.
- Provide Business Analysis services to improve processes.

**What we are looking for**:

- Recent IT graduate with strong academics.
- Proficient in IT concepts and communication.
- Collaborative, adaptable team player.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Windows troubleshooting, Script management, and ITIL.
- Document management proficiency and policy adherence are advantageous.
