Join our dedicated Quality Team in Silverwater as a full-time **Manufacturing Quality Assurance Coordinator**In this vital role you will be at the forefront of ensuring our products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role focuses on problem-solving, continuous improvement, and adherence to quality systems to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. **Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Implement and maintain quality management systems in compliance with ISO standards and other relevant certifications
- Conduct root cause analysis and corrective action for quality issues
- Monitor and analyse production data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Oversee the development and execution of inspection and testing protocols for raw materials, in-process products, and finished lens
- Create and update inspection plans, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain accurate records of quality activities, including audits, inspections, and test results
- Prepare and present quality metrics and reports to management

**Skills & Experience**:

- Degree qualified, in either a manufacturing or engineering discipline
- Experience in quality engineering or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in quality management systems, statistical analysis tools, and quality assurance methodologies
- Medical device industry knowledge
- Attention to detail is critical for conducting thorough quality inspections and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence.
