Most ads will go on an on about Fleet Controller / Transport Allocator roles. I know the hard work you do, so let me keep it simple.

These are your typical Fleet Controller / Transport Allocator roles.

The companies are busy, the clients are demanding and the drivers are stressed.

How you manage all of the above while keeping everyone happy and keep smiling is what I am interested in.

**So what do I want to know about you experience wise?**
- Ideally, you have at least 2 years experience as a Fleet Controller / Transport Allocator
- Your experience can be from local taxi truck to national linehaul to Container loads form wharf to clients deliveries
- As above you will know the roadways and workarounds for traffic holdups and accidents
- You will also have operational knowledge of NHVAS Mass guidelines, Chain of Responsibility, Fatigue Management
- You will know how to maximise the fleet for mínimal use, but with that also comes the maintenance of the fleet
- All fleets have drivers, so your ability to build good relationships with them is essential. How do you handle those hard chats?
- Then you must also have OUTSTANDING Communication & Customer service because each load must get to the customer on time and safely
- You will naturally be managing all of the above with software that could be Excel / Maximas / Container Chain or others all the way through to invoicing

If you have worked for **TOLL / Linfox / Bevchain**or any of the other big players then I definitely want to talk to you.

Why? Because of the sheer workload you handled along with all the compliance means you have had excellent training.

BUT - If you have worked for the smaller players, then do also apply, because they too have unique ways of doing things that the big players adapt
