**About the Company**:
Operating as a major global Multinational pharmaceutical manufacturer with global sites worldwide, our client is well known for its growth and innovation and is an Australian iconic brand in the marketplace, offering a range of healthcare products to local & global markets.

Due to increase in project requirements within the quality team, our client is now seeking a
**QC Analyst - Biochemistry (Graduate) **to enable testing of products in accordance with the code of Good Manufacturing Practice(GMP).

**About the Opportunity**:
Key responsibilities include the following:

- Perform routine immunochemical testing including coagulation, antibody & endotoxin testing.
- Perform tests for validation of new assays, kits & reagents & standardisation of new & existing standards and perform tests for
control analysis.
- Ensure equipment & facilities are maintained & calibrated in accordance with approved procedures & perform troubleshooting in the case of equipment malfunction.
- Ensure that all records are completed, signed off, entered onto LIMS, filed & archived in accordance with approved procedures.
- Responsible for general housekeeping of the laboratory including the stock take, ordering of materials and reagents.

**About You**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Scientific discipline.
- Ability to follow laboratory test procedures & to operate laboratory equipment.
- Experience with LIMS.
- Strong understanding of GLP and GMP.
- Knowledge of windows based software.
- Strong interpersonal and organisation skills.
- Problem solving ability.
- Ability to manage time to ensure testing activities are completed in a timely manner.
