L1 Help Desk Engineer | Open to IT Graduates
**Your new company**
An exciting new opportunity is available for a L1 Service Desk Analyst at a Managed Service Provider. This is a permanent position based in Chatswood and allows you to work from home 1 day per week.
My client is also open to IT graduates with a passion for infrastructure.
**Your new role**
In your new role, you will be responsible for providing Level 1 support to multiple key clients. You will work closely with the team leader and be the first point of contact for the company’s client base.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams.
- Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.
- Ensure timely resolution of user problems.
- Assist with setting up and configuring new hardware and software.
- Monitor and manage IT systems and networks.
- Communicate effectively with users to understand their technical issues.
- They must have their own car.
- Must possess a valid Australian driving licence.
- Must have an IT degree or relevant certifications.
