**Consumer Lived Experience Educator**

- Exciting new Consumer Lived Experience Educator role.
- 0.6 EFT roster - ongoing role.
- Community role based at Waratah clinic and Royal Melbourne Hospital.
- Supporting existing lived experience staff and clinical colleagues.

The **Consumer Educator** leads the design, delivery, and coordination of training for the Consumer Lived Experience Workforce at the Royal Melbourne Hospital Mental Health Services **(RMH MHS)**. Additionally, they will play a leading role in educating clinical staff on the importance of consumer lived experience work and foster effective collaboration with the workforce. The Consumer Educator will also work closely with the Carer Educator to support and champion the training needs of the broader lived experience workforce **(LEW)** across RMH MHS.

- Work with a close-knit team of lived experience professionals that are dynamic, innovative and supportive.
- Your work will involve designing and delivering orientation packages for the Consumer workforce and clinical colleagues
- You will be part of the Lived Experience Leadership team and our Learning and Professional development program.
- Supervision is provided to all lived experience staff.
