NEPEAN Finance is a shared service function based in Narellan, providing services to all a range of NEPEAN’s businesses across Australia.

**About the Role**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Accounts Payable Officer to join our team. Reporting to the Accountant, this position will be responsible for conducting assigned administrative and accounting tasks across multiple NEPEAN businesses.

Duties will include, but not be limited to;
- Matching invoices and delivery dockets before processing
- Verifying appropriate sign off of invoices before processing
- Processing supplier invoices accordingly to ensure they are Redmap ready.
- Reconciliation of monthly supplier account
- Entry of problematic invoices
- EFT processing
- Create and maintain supplier accounts.
- Monitor and maintain cash book maintenance.
- Weekly cash flow forecast
- Reconciliation of purchase variance accounts
- Reconciliation of outstanding purchase orders

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Minimum 5 years prior experience in a similar position.
- Strong understanding of intercompany transactions.
- Pronto experience desirable.
- Redmap experience desirable.
- MS Office proficiency
- Be an organised team player.
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer service driven and the ability to build strong relationships.
- Demonstrated experience working under pressure.
- Have excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
