**About the role:
As an Operations Support Officer, you'll play a key role in delivering essential services to Queenslanders.
Some of your key responsibilities include:

- Collaborating with a small, dynamic team to ensure efficient operations.
- Delivering frontline customer service, addressing complaints, and offering advice to customers and stakeholders.
- Administering the School Transport Assistance Scheme (STAS) and other passenger transport services.
- Assisting with the performance monitoring of service contracts and accreditations.
- Keeping up to date with procedural and legislative guidelines to ensure compliance.

About You
- We're looking for someone who brings a blend of experience, enthusiasm, and a growth mindset.
- Have a current C class driver's licence and be willing to travel intra-state as required.
- Hold a strong sense of accountability, resilience, and persistence to work through challenges and achieve outcomes.
- Be skilled at building relationships, listening attentively, and providing excellent customer service.
- Show commitment to continuous personal and professional growth, actively seeking feedback to improve.

A criminal history check will be undertaken as part of the recruitment process.
