**About Explorers**:
Explorers Early Learning is a family-owned and operated company with Early Learning Centres across Melbourne. Our beautiful learning spaces are designed to stimulate children’s creativity, imagination and sense of belonging.

We believe children explore and grow in different ways, and our curriculum is structured to encourage children to embrace their unique sense of learning.

**Our Educational Leaders**:

- You will be the Lead Educator of our Drangonflies room as well as Educational Leader
- Support the educators in the development, implementation and maintenance of the educational program
- Collaborate with the educators to promote an inclusive curriculum
- Collaborate with the educators to provide an aesthetically pleasing environment
- Support in the completion of weekly curriculum audits
- Seek and provide development content for all educators
- Develop strong and meaningful relationships with all families and managing the centre ‘ongoing outings’ schedule

**Key requirements**:

- Diploma of Children Services or higher
- Experience as a Lead Educator
- Experience with the Reggio Emilia approach
- First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Working with children check
- Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
