Hillcrest Christian College, established in 1981, operates from Early Learning to VCE levels. - desiring to teach in an environment where both Christian values and the development of the whole child are valued
- experience in teaching secondary and VCE students (year 7-12) at a senior level
- leadership skills with passion for English teaching
- ability to collaborate with other Curriculum Leaders and Leadership to enhance interdisciplinary learning experience and implement the aims of the college
- the ability to prepare for and conduct classes, inspiring and fostering a love and appreciation of learning in English
- demonstrate excellence and adopt a proactive, innovative approach to adapting instruction and lessons based on individual student needs
