**About the Role**
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our Deposits team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of select deposits products across the different BOQ Group brands and core banking platforms.

You will manage deposits products in line with the business strategy.

You will help consistently deliver market-leading deposits banking experiences for our customers.

Key responsibilities include managing and enhancing market-leading products and processes to deliver on the Group's transformation strategy. You will support and, in some cases, lead initiatives to improve customer and staff experiences.

You will manage products in line with governance, risk, and compliance requirements. You will track portfolio performance against key growth, cost, and customer experience targets.

You will work with analytics and partners to provide weekly/monthly reporting, insights, and recommendations to the Head of Group Deposits and GM of Deposits, Payments & Consumer Finance.

You will identify and execute product initiatives to drive acquisition, cost efficiencies, product simplification, and better customer and staff experiences.
**About you**

Experience in product and/or portfolio management, Trust accounts, Insurance in the Finance industry, would be an advantage.

You should have a high level of numeracy to manage revenue and cost drivers and the ability to demonstrated end-to-end development and delivery of successful product initiatives.

A business or finance degree is desirable with a good understanding of risk and compliance functions.
