**The Position**

Reporting to the Claims Officer, and working in the QA team, this clerical role requires the successful applicant to assist the Claims Team in operating Redox’s internal problem reporting system, directing and resolving problems which arise during the day to day running of the business as well as completing various other QA related duties.
- Investigates problems and records outcomes using internal software.
- Direct and guide staff actions and responses in order to resolve the problems
- Highlight potentially large claims and work to minimise losses by corresponding with Staff, Suppliers, Customers & Insurers
- Updates and maintains system records
- Processing stock returns, managing quarantined stock and disposal where required
- Acts within procedural guidelines to ensure that problems are resolved and that related files are closed in the shortest possible timeframe
- Manage digital data records associated with problem files.

**About You**
- Must be a critical thinker with advanced problem-solving ability
- Must appreciate the importance of process and procedure
- Will preferably have prior experience in QA in an office support role and/or Insurance Industry/Claims experience.
- Will be able to communicate with people on different, and at all levels, within the business
- Will have fast and accurate Data Entry skills
- Must have high attention to detail and ability to prioritise
- Flexibility and the ability to think on your feet.
- Lives within an easy commute to Minto NSW (desirable)
