**What You’ll Do**:

- Manage and maintain a portfolio of Minor Hotels branded apartments
- Deliver outstanding customer service to rental enquiries
- Conduct routine, entry, exit, and open home inspections
- Build strong tenant relationships with clear, effective communication
- Support leasing processes and property handovers
- Coordinate maintenance and liaise with reliable trades
- Use Console Cloud to streamline property management

**Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 (excluding superannuation)**

**Expected hours: 38 hours per week**

**Location: Minor Hotels Head Office - 266 George St, Brisbane City QLD 4000**
**Qualifications**
- Current QLD Property Management Registration
- Class 2 licence (or willingness to obtain Class 1)
- 2+ years of Property Management experience
- A relationship-driven communicator with strong time management
- In-depth knowledge of property legislation and best practices
- Proactive, independent and team-oriented
- Availability for limited Saturday work (only when required)
