About the Role
The primary purpose of the role of Client Relationship Partner is to generate revenue through the sale of Baptcare’s residential products and services to new customers within a designated territory. Working as part of a sales team, this position will generate and convert sales leads within their territory into new Baptcare customers by adopting an engagement approach that unearths and then delivers to our customers’ needs.
This position will contribute to the growth of Baptcare’s customer base through recruiting new Residential customers and building positive referral networks in the community. The overall objective is to partner with our customers to provide them with the products and services they need that will enhance their wellbeing and fullness of life in the Baptcare Community they choose to live in. This is achieved by engaging in referral networks, speaking knowledgably and positively about Residential Aged Care and Retirement Living, and all of Baptcare's services.

Capable of working effectively independently and as part of a sales team
Customer service experience
Ability to work with diverse individuals and as part of teams
**Essential Qualifications**:
Current Driver’s licence
Willingness to undertake a Satisfactory Police Check
Exceptional verbal communication skills
Strong report writing skills
Experience in solutions-based selling based on customer needs
Genuine desire to assist people
Strong problem solving skills
Must have experience in working towards service and sales KPIs
