CPL is a leading provider of integrated supports and services to people with a disability to enable them to live their best lives.
Due to a transfer, we now have an opening for an Administration Manager at CPL.
In this key role, you’ll be effectively leading the administration teams of CPLs South Region centres covering the South West Brisbane, Logan, Redlands, Ipswich & Toowoomba corridor.
Your objective will be to develop, implement and oversee a range of quality administrative and business systems which support the region to deliver service and business outcomes effectively, efficiently and professionally.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Working with the regional and area managers to develop, implement and maintain business improvement and efficiency measures.
- Assisting with financial management of the services and region, including the provision of administrative support to the budget planning process, reporting, journal corrections, cost coding, purchasing, invoicing and claiming.
- Ensuring organisational reporting and information needs are met in accordance with CPL policies, procedures and requirements.
- Leading, coaching and supervising the Business Support Unit teams to achieve high levels of performance.
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Implementing CPL’s Quality Management System.
- Contributing to continuous improvement.
- Exhibiting CPL’s values and work in the CPL Way at all times.
- Some travel between service centres within the region
- Demonstrated experience in office and administration management, including ability to review, develop and implement administrative systems and processes to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Solid experience in financial management.
- Strong leadership skills to coach, develop and lead administrative teams.
- Strong communication skills; written and verbal; including report writing.
- Effective conflict resolution and negotiation abilities.
- Well organised with good time management and problem solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently to deliver results and outcomes.
- ** Advanced computer skills, Microsoft; business systems and databases**:
- Relevant tertiary qualification - _well regarded_
- C class driving licence
- Blue Card and NDIS Clearance required to start
- COVID-19 full vaccination
