As part of our Shared Service function and reports to the Accounts Receivable Manager, the **Credit Analyst** is to analyse financial information provided by customers and third parties to set credit limits and payment terms and management of bad debt.
Ensure the compliance of revenue recognition policies and procedures while supporting the Business Support Services department making sure all processing is accurate and completed in a timely manner.
**In this role you will be responsible for**:
- Ownership of all insolvency matters including ensuring all debts are lodged across AU and NZ
- Registration and deregistration of accounts for PPSR
- Ensure SOX Compliance with BSS
- Completion of monthly sign off’s within BSS
- Review and adjustment of credit limits on existing accounts to minimise bad debt exposure
- Actioning matters relating to business name changes
- Allocation of credit limits onto new trade accounts
- Provide assistance as required to team members within the Accounts Receivable team
- Contribute and assist in various projects as required
**Skills & experience required to succeed in this role**:
- High volume processing experience, particularly in a Corporate environment
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work to deadlines and within strict timeframes
- Ability to prioritise and meet multiple deadlines
- SAP and Intermediate Excel
