Personal & Administrative Assistant

Key Requirements:
- Female applicant, aged 28 years or older.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management and administrative coordination.
- Strong background in healthcare services management, including NDIS and Aged Care programs.
- Experience in digital marketing and managing social media campaigns.
- Solid accounting skills with proficiency in Xero Accounting Software.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Advanced computer skills, including:
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Digital marketing tools: Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp
- Virtual meeting platforms: Zoom, Microsoft Teams

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative and organizational support to senior management.
- Coordinate and manage healthcare-related projects and ensure compliance.
- Oversee social media presence and develop effective digital marketing strategies.
- Prepare presentations, official communications, and financial reports.
- Maintain accurate financial records and manage tasks in Xero.
- Collaborate with NDIS and Aged Care teams to ensure seamless operations.
