**More about what you’ll do**

We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering long-term relationships and proactively working on identifying opportunities for portfolio growth, specifically within our SME segment.

Your previous experience and exposure in this area will allow you to be comfortable in your approach towards our customers. You will also focus on the growth and retention of current customers whilst also identifying any growth opportunities by cross-selling our product line.

Key objectives and accountabilities:

- Portfolio ownership; taking your personality to our customers, achieving outcomes
- Closing sales of our expanding and shifting product range to your warm customer base of contractually managed clients
- Work dynamically to manage the pace and variety of tasks the role has on offer each day

You will be joining a dynamic and fast-paced team, and you will ideally have the following attributes:

- Previous experience in an Account Management / Inside Sales role
- Previous experience using CRMs and sales tools
- Demonstrated experience working towards KPIs / Targets
- Great communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels
- Proven ability to build and maintain rapport with internal and external customers
- Demonstrated experience using sound judgment and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong motivation to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- A fun, energetic and hardworking approach
- Willingness to learn and be coached for success
